HealthRIGHT 360 2026 Statewide Bargaining Team Nomination Form

It's time for HealthRIGHT 360 employees across California to bargain our new labor contract! In order to win a new collective bargaining agreement that works for all HealthRIGHT 360 employees, three things are needed:

1. Your signed union membership card
2. A strong bargaining team
3. Your vision for our next contract

Your union is driven by you, and by completing a bargaining survey, nominating yourself or a strong leader to the bargaining team, and filling out your membership card, you're taking the future of your union and your career into your own hands!

What is a Bargaining Team?

A bargaining team is a committee of union members from Northern and Southern California who are elected to lead your Local's bargaining campaign. The team works with members to identify issues and develop contract proposals. Team members also meet with Management to negotiate over contract proposals.
Most importantly, bargaining teams help to build our Contract Action Teams at the workplace to keep all union members informed about the progress of bargaining and to move members into action to win the best contract possible.

Nominations:

You may nominate yourself or any other member in your bargaining unit by completing the nomination questions. This in not a ballot. Only one nomination per candidate necessary. Submitting more than one nomination form for the same candidate will not increase his/her/their chance of wining a seat.

There will be a vote amongst your local once we have our nominees.

Bargaining Team:

We will have a Bargaining Team of members at the bargaining table with an SEIU staff negotiator. ( Michael Kile, Naj Daniels, and Jessica Inouye)

The negotiating team meets to plan bargaining strategy, work on contract proposals, implement the priorities of the union membership, and meet with management's representatives. The member of your worksite union elect the Bargaining Team.
